Common questions

Do I need Wi-Fi for it to work?

No. Devices talk to each other and to your phone over LOCAMESH™, our offline Bluetooth mesh. There’s no hub to install and nothing depends on a cloud server.

Can I control my home when I’m away?

Yes, with an optional Avant Guard gateway. You only need it for remote access. Everything at home runs locally with or without it.

Can I start small and add more later?

Yes. New devices join the same mesh and the same app, so you can start with a lock and add lighting or curtains later.

Who installs it?

Our team surveys, installs, pairs every device and walks you through the app. Products are covered by a 2-year warranty.
