Can guests self check-in without the front desk?
Yes — guests receive a time-coded PIN on booking confirmation and go directly to their room. No queuing, no staffing needed for late arrivals.
How does the smart card switch differ from a standard one?
Standard switches are bypassed with any card. Ours links to the room lock credential — power only stays on when the registered guest card is present.
What if internet goes down?

Can housekeeping see room vacancy in real time?
