How long is the warranty?
All Avant Guard products come with a 2-year warranty. Register your product online after installation to activate it.
Do the locks work without internet?
Yes. Locks and controls run on LOCAMESH™, our offline Bluetooth mesh. Wi-Fi or cloud outages don’t affect unlocking.
How long do the lock batteries last?
Typically over 12 months, and the lock warns you well before the batteries run low.
Which lock fits my door?
Use the measurement guide for your door type, or WhatsApp us a photo of the door and we’ll recommend a model.
I forgot my admin passcode. What do I do?
Contact us on WhatsApp with your proof of purchase. For security we verify ownership before helping with a reset.
