Customers utilize the card issuer at the hotel front desk to centrally issue cards and collect fingerprints, which are subsequently transmitted to the door lock remotely. Upon arrival at the door, they can unlock it directly using either the card or their fingerprint. This process is straightforward and enhances hotel efficiency.

OFFLINE CARD AUTHORIZATION

When the door lock is offline, you can also create a room card to unlock it.

Offline card issuance enables unlocking even when the door lock is not connected to the Internet. It is unaffected by the networking status of the door lock, making it ideal for certain scenarios or temporary venues that do not necessitate connectivity. This feature enhances the service’s autonomy and flexibility.

In the offline mode of the on-site door lock, card production and issuance can be accomplished immediately, thereby minimizing customer wait times and enhancing the user experience.

When the door lock unexpectedly goes offline after being unlocked with a card, it will temporarily store the unlocking data locally, which can subsequently be synchronized through the APP via Bluetooth.

MOBILE PHONE NFC CARD CREATION FEATURE

Mobile phone NFC card creation feature of the mobile phone simplifies the process of generating a hotel room card. To create a room card using mobile app, simply bring the card near the NFC area of the phone to complete the card creation, eliminating the need to wait in line, thus providing a convenient and efficient experience.

The creation of NFC cards using mobile phones does not necessitate additional equipment, is straightforward to execute, and can be accomplished with ease.

To accommodate the tenants’ requirements for house viewings prior to moving in, a temporary password is generated via the house viewing system, which will automatically expire after being used once.

DOOR ACCESS REPLACEMENT FEATURE

Replace lost cards to ensure the safety of both the hotel and its guests.

When guests with a later check-in time unlock the door, they will supersede other guests with an earlier check-in time who must check out early. This process can revoke the previous guests’ unlocking authority when the door lock is not connected to the Internet, effectively preventing the use of lost cards that have not expired or unchecked-out password or fingerprints to access the door. TENANT SELF-SERVICE KEY MANAGE
